Welcome to Adaise. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Adaise platform, located at app.adaise.com, operated by Adaise AB (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Overview
Adaise is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered tools for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
2. Eligibility
To use Adaise, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using the service, you affirm that you meet these criteria.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
4. Use of Google and Meta Services
a. Google Ads Integration
You agree to comply with Google Ads Terms and Conditions and Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Adaise uses your authorization tokens only to access and manage your ad campaigns and does not share or store them unencrypted.
b. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Integration
You must adhere to Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Adaise accesses your Meta ad accounts and data strictly for campaign creation, optimization, and performance tracking.
5. User Responsibilities
By using Adaise, you agree to:
Use the platform only for lawful advertising purposes
Not share or abuse access credentials
Not use Adaise to create misleading, fraudulent, or policy-violating ad content
Ensure compliance with advertising guidelines from all connected platforms
You remain solely responsible for the content and legality of the ads you create through Adaise.
6. Data Privacy and Security
Your use of Adaise is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We commit to processing all personal data securely and in compliance with GDPR and relevant data protection laws.
7. Payment and Billing
Certain features may require payment. Pricing, billing terms, and subscription conditions will be outlined at checkout. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the Adaise platform, including software, design, AI models, and branding, remains the property of Adaise AB. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a way that may harm Adaise, its partners, or the integrity of advertising platforms.
10. Limitations of Liability
Adaise is not liable for:
Ad platform rejections or account suspensions caused by your ad content
Loss of data not caused by system failure
Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
Use of Adaise is at your own risk and “as is”.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or within the platform. Continued use of Adaise after changes means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm.
