Who is responsible

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we store:

  • your name and email address,
  • your online store, phone number and message, if you fill them in,
  • which offer you are interested in,
  • the time and wording of your consent,
  • which page you came from and any campaign parameters (utm) in the link,
  • a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your IP address, to stop abuse.

Why we process it

  • To reply to your request and book a call. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • To protect the form against spam and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure website.

We do not use the details for advertising and do not upload them to any advertising platform.

How long we keep it

Details from the form are deleted automatically 12 months after you sent them. If you become a customer, we keep the details needed for the agreement and for bookkeeping for as long as the law requires.

Who has access

The details are stored with our hosting provider [VÄRDLEVERANTÖR OCH LAND]. Emails about new requests are sent via [E-POSTLEVERANTÖR]. Both process the details on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

The website only uses cookies that it needs to work. We use no analytics, trackers or advertising cookies.

  • adaise-session: keeps your visit together so that the form works. Expires after 120 minutes of inactivity.
  • XSRF-TOKEN: protects the form against forged requests. Same lifetime.

Your choice of light or dark mode is saved in your browser (local storage), not in a cookie, and is never sent to us.

Data from your ad accounts

When you become a customer, we process data from your Google Ads and Google Merchant Center accounts on your behalf. This is governed by a separate data processing agreement that you receive before we connect.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to the processing and to receive it in a machine-readable format. Contact us at [KONTAKT-E-POST].
